Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or thighs, skinless and boneless
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5–6 minutes per side.
- Pour in chicken stock and honey, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens slightly.
