Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour an 8Γ—8-inch or 9Γ—9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in diced apples.
