Description

This Easy Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a creamy, comforting meal that combines tender chicken, rich Parmesan cheese, and pasta in a silky sauce. It’s the perfect quick dinner for busy weeknights—simple to make and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz pasta (any type you like)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken broth, cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, mixing until well coated. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  7. Serve warm, topped with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

  • You can use any pasta you prefer—penne, fettuccine, or rotini all work great.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra color and nutrition.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated with a splash of cream or milk.
