Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought, thawed)
- ½ cup pizza sauce (optional, for dipping)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or any melty cheese like provolone)
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni (turkey or vegan alternatives work too)
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or use fresh chopped basil or oregano)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Evenly layer mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian herbs on the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
