Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
  2. Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down on a skillet over medium heat.
