These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are tender, juicy, and packed with bold garlic-butter flavor. Lightly coated and pan-seared until golden, they make a quick and irresistible dinner or appetizer ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ยฝ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp pepper
- ยฝ tsp Italian seasoning
- ยฝ tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 6โ8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Stir and cook for 1โ2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and chicken is coated.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan for best browning.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
