Ingredients
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in Rotel tomatoes and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add butter, heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until the sauce is creamy and cheese is melted.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

- Use any short pasta like penne or rigatoni if bowtie is unavailable.
