Description

Garlic Parmesan Bowtie Pasta with Creamy Beef is a comforting, cheesy pasta dish featuring tender bowtie pasta tossed with savory ground beef, a creamy Parmesan sauce, and a hint of garlic. Perfect for weeknight dinners or family meals.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in Rotel tomatoes and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add butter, heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until the sauce is creamy and cheese is melted.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any short pasta like penne or rigatoni if bowtie is unavailable.
  • Adjust the amount of Rotel tomatoes based on preferred spice level.
  • Extra Parmesan can be sprinkled on top for more flavor.
