Ingredients

  • Burger Filling:
  • 450 g ground beef
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 120 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: diced crispy bacon
  • Optional: chopped pickles
  • Optional: caramelized onions
  • Dough Wrapping:
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 8โ€“12 rounds and flattened to 10 cm diameter
  • Garlic Parmesan Topping:
  • 28 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 g minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 15 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each dough piece into a circle about 10 cm wide.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each dough round.
  6. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15โ€“18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over warm bombs. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure the filling is not too hot before sealing to prevent dough from tearing.
  • Serve with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
  • These reheat well in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
