Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tortellini is the ultimate creamy comfort food dinner! Tender chicken, cheese-filled tortellini, and crisp broccoli are tossed in a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce—ready in just 30 minutes for a delicious family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh cheese tortellini
  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Steam or boil broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken, broccoli, and tortellini to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the sauce.
  7. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until heated through. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes
