Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cheese tortellini
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Steam or boil broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken, broccoli, and tortellini to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for 2–3 more minutes until heated through. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- You can use frozen tortellini or frozen broccoli if needed—just adjust cooking times.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
