A creamy, savory Garlic Parmesan Spinach Dip perfect for parties and snacking, combining fresh spinach with a rich blend of cheeses and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach (or 9 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ยฝ cup sour cream
  • โ…“ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • โ…“ cup shaved Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the fresh (or thawed and drained) spinach.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle shaved Parmesan cheese on top if using.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayo.
