Description
These Halloween Air Fryer Mummy Hot Dogs are a spooky, fun, and easy treat that both kids and adults will love! Wrapped in crescent roll ‘bandages’ and baked until golden, they make the perfect festive snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 package of hot dogs
- 16 edible eyeballs (2 per hot dog)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into thin strips (about 1/4 inch wide).
- Wrap each hot dog with the dough strips, leaving small gaps to resemble mummy bandages and a space for the eyes.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly, then press on two edible eyeballs for each mummy.
- Serve warm with ketchup or mustard for dipping!
Notes
- If you don’t have edible eyes, you can use small dots of mustard or cream cheese as eyes.
- These can also be baked in a conventional oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes.
- Perfect for Halloween parties or a fun family dinner night!
