Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4โ5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ยฝ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ยฝ cup beef broth or water
- ยผ cup milk (optional, for added creaminess)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef. Cook for 2โ3 minutes until softened. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
