Description
This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Pan-seared salmon fillets are coated in a sweet, savory, and garlicky glaze, making it the perfect quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2โ3 salmon fillets, skin-on (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- โ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ยฝ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil (or butter) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 3โ4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 2โ3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sautรฉ minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Stir and simmer for 1โ2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon to skillet, spooning glaze over the fillets. Cook for 1โ2 minutes until coated and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

- Swap soy sauce for tamari or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
- Add a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving for extra brightness.
