This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Pan-seared salmon fillets are coated in a sweet, savory, and garlicky glaze, making it the perfect quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2โ€“3 salmon fillets, skin-on (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • โ…“ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ยฝ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil (or butter) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 3โ€“4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook another 2โ€“3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sautรฉ minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Stir and simmer for 1โ€“2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return salmon to skillet, spooning glaze over the fillets. Cook for 1โ€“2 minutes until coated and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
