Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
