- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.

- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta shells into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce while simmering.
- You can also use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
- Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently on the stove.
