Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
