Ingredients
- 3โ4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh bell peppers (chopped)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, cook chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred or cube.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cooked spaghetti, bell peppers, cream of chicken soup, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden melted cheese on top.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.

- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
