Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (your favorite)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts, trimmed of extra fat


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly with the mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
