Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts, trimmed of extra fat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat evenly with the mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).
- Place chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden and bubbly.
