Description

Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and comforting baked dish packed with shredded chicken, cheesy goodness, and a crispy Ritz cracker topping. Perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until combined.
  5. Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
