Description

Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and indulgent family favorite that’s perfect for potlucks or a comforting weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
  • This dish reheats well and can be made ahead of time.
