Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and indulgent family favorite that’s perfect for potlucks or a comforting weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 5 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
- This dish reheats well and can be made ahead of time.
- Optional: garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.
