Description

These No-Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites are a chocolate lover’s dream — creamy, rich, and packed with protein. Perfect for a quick snack, dessert, or post-workout energy boost, all without turning on the oven!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional, chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds
  • Handful of mini chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and protein powder (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in chopped nuts or seeds and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up the batter slightly.
  4. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  5. Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
