Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups creamy no-stir peanut butter
- ¾ cup vanilla protein powder (or your favorite flavor)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- (Optional) Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, protein powder, and honey until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and fold until fully combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the mixture.
- (Optional) Add a light sprinkle of sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before cutting into bars.
