Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 sleeve crushed Ritz butter crackers (about 1-1/4 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chicken breasts in a pot with chicken stock until fully cooked, then shred the chicken.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and crackers are golden brown.
