Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7–8 minutes.
- Stir in butter and minced garlic, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Slice cooked chicken and return it to the skillet.
- Toss noodles with Parmesan (if using) and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
