One-Pot Cheeseburger Orzo Skillet is a quick and cheesy dinner that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with tender orzo pasta, all in a single skillet for minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Pickles, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, mustard, and beef broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Stir in orzo, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10–12 minutes until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with pickles and serve warm.
