Description

One-Skillet Spicy Garlic Butter Parmesan Steak Pasta is a quick, flavorful dinner combining tender sliced steak, pasta cooked in savory beef broth, garlic, butter, and a spicy kick from red pepper flakes, finished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thin
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt half the butter and sear the sliced steak until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add pasta and beef broth to the skillet; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and most of the broth is absorbed.
  5. Return steak to skillet, add red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese; stir to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control the spiciness.
  • Use sirloin for lean meat or ribeye for richer flavor.
