Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are a creamy, protein-packed frozen treat that’s perfect for a hot day or a post-workout snack. Easy to make with only a few ingredients and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat for extra creaminess)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (natural, creamy, or chunky)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (for natural sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for a dessert-like flavor)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended!)
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts if using.
  3. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, spreading evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove from dish, cut into bars, and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • For extra flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top before freezing.
  • Bars can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
