Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels combined with garlic and onion powder.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the crushed pretzels, pressing gently to adhere.
