Description

These Protein Brownie Bites are rich, fudgy, and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas. Packed with protein and healthy fats, they’re the perfect guilt-free snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder (about 2 scoops)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Sprinkle of mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined and batter is thick.
  4. Spoon the batter evenly into the mini muffin cups. Top with mini chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the centers are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy warm or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Use plant-based protein powder for a vegan option.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey if desired.
  • These bites can also be frozen for quick grab-and-go snacks.
