Description

Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for grilling. Tender chicken pieces marinated in a savory ranch, garlic, and Parmesan mixture, then cooked on skewers for a quick, crowd-pleasing meal.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Can also bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
  • Pair with rice, salad, or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
