Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for grilling. Tender chicken pieces marinated in a savory ranch, garlic, and Parmesan mixture, then cooked on skewers for a quick, crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
- ½ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Can also bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
