This Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is an easy, comforting meal perfect for weeknights or holidays. Juicy shredded chicken, creamy sauce, and flavorful stuffing come together in a baked casserole that’s quick to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1 whole chicken)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley and sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread half of the prepared stuffing in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour the chicken mixture over the stuffing layer and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining stuffing, pressing gently.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and sliced green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quick meal.
- Store-bought stuffing works great, but homemade adds extra flavor.
