This Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is an easy, comforting meal perfect for weeknights or holidays. Juicy shredded chicken, creamy sauce, and flavorful stuffing come together in a baked casserole that’s quick to prepare and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1 whole chicken)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley and sliced green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread half of the prepared stuffing in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture over the stuffing layer and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining stuffing, pressing gently.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and sliced green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
