Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (approx. 3 cups)
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, milk, mixed vegetables, thyme, and sage. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
