Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (approx. 3 cups)
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, milk, mixed vegetables, thyme, and sage. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
