Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz egg noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp real butter
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sautรฉ garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8โ10 minutes.
