  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional for umami boost)

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

  2. Place beef chunks and baby potatoes into the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the butter and seasoning mixture over the beef and potatoes, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
