Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles are a quick and flavorful weeknight meal. Tender chicken pieces are coated in a sticky, garlicky honey-soy sauce, tossed with noodles, and finished with green onions and sesame seeds for a delicious, restaurant-style dish at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ยผ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ยฝ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken. Toss to coat with sauce and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use hoisin sauce or sriracha for an extra flavor boost.
  • Rice noodles or egg noodles both work well for this dish.
  • Best served immediately to keep noodles tender and sauce sticky.
