Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 68 mozzarella string cheese sticks
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2025 pepperoni slices (beef or turkey)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or grated Parmesan


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a large circle on a floured surface.
  3. Place mozzarella string sticks evenly around the edge of the dough.
  4. Fold the edge of the dough over the cheese sticks and press to seal, creating a stuffed crust.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the center of the dough, avoiding the stuffed crust area.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  7. Top with pepperoni slices.
  8. Brush the stuffed crust with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with optional seasonings.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and melted.
