Description

This Stuffed Taco Bell Beef Burrito recipe brings all your favorite flavors together โ€” seasoned ground beef, refried beans, Mexican rice, crispy Fritos or Doritos, melted cheese dip, and sour cream wrapped in a warm burrito-sized flour tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 (1 oz) packets taco seasoning
  • 3/8 cup water or beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups refried beans (optional)
  • 3 cups cooked Mexican rice or instant Mexican rice
  • 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 3 cups Fritos or Doritos
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese dip, warmed (like Tostitos)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Salsa, if desired


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water (or beef broth). Simmer until thickened.
  3. Warm refried beans and Mexican rice separately.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and layer beef, refried beans, rice, Fritos/Doritos, cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  7. Serve with salsa on the side if desired.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, substitute beef with cooked lentils or beans.
  • Add jalapeรฑos for extra spice.
  • Leftovers can be wrapped in foil and reheated in the oven.
