Description
This Stuffed Taco Bell Beef Burrito recipe brings all your favorite flavors together โ seasoned ground beef, refried beans, Mexican rice, crispy Fritos or Doritos, melted cheese dip, and sour cream wrapped in a warm burrito-sized flour tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 (1 oz) packets taco seasoning
- 3/8 cup water or beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups refried beans (optional)
- 3 cups cooked Mexican rice or instant Mexican rice
- 6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 3 cups Fritos or Doritos
- 1 1/2 cups cheese dip, warmed (like Tostitos)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Salsa, if desired
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water (or beef broth). Simmer until thickened.
- Warm refried beans and Mexican rice separately.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer beef, refried beans, rice, Fritos/Doritos, cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Serve with salsa on the side if desired.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute beef with cooked lentils or beans.
- Add jalapeรฑos for extra spice.
- Leftovers can be wrapped in foil and reheated in the oven.
