Description

Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken is the ultimate easy weeknight dinner. Tender chicken breasts slow-cooked in rich BBQ sauce with brown sugar and apple cider vinegar create a sweet, tangy, and flavor-packed meal the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Lightly coat the bottom of the crockpot with olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken breasts inside and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir into the sauce before serving.
