Description

These Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs are rich, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. Made with tender frozen meatballs simmered in a savory gravy, theyโ€™re perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prepping.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 30โ€“35 meatballs)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Cornstarch Slurry:
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water


Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4โ€“5 hours or on HIGH for 2โ€“3 hours.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir together the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl. Pour into the slow cooker and gently stir to thicken the gravy.
  5. Continue cooking until sauce has thickened. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
