Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for sauce)

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Season steak with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear until browned, about 3โ4 minutes per side. Remove steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return steak bites to skillet, toss to coat with sauce, and cook 1โ2 more minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
