Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for searing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- (Optional) Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken breasts until golden brown on each side.
- Place chicken in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
