This rich and creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta is the ultimate comfort food. Packed with juicy chicken cubes, velvety sauce, and your favorite pasta, it’s a dish you’ll crave week after week.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb (450g) twisted pasta (Fusilli) or any pasta you prefer
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4-5 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
