This White Chicken Skillet Lasagna is a creamy, comforting one-pan meal made with tender chicken, broken lasagna noodles, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a rich white sauce finished with mozzarella and Parmesan. It delivers classic lasagna flavor with a fraction of the effort and cleanup.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2½ cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 10 lasagna noodles, broken (250 g)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add broken lasagna noodles, pressing them gently into the liquid.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Cover and cook 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Remove from heat, rest briefly, then serve warm.
