Description

This White Chicken Skillet Lasagna is a creamy, comforting one-pan meal made with tender chicken, broken lasagna noodles, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a rich white sauce finished with mozzarella and Parmesan. It delivers classic lasagna flavor with a fraction of the effort and cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2½ cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 10 lasagna noodles, broken (250 g)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  2. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles, pressing them gently into the liquid.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Cover and cook 2–3 minutes until melted.
  7. Remove from heat, rest briefly, then serve warm.
