Description

These Witches Brooms are a fun and spooky treat for Halloween! Made with flaky puff pastry, Nutella, and pretzels, they’re perfect for kids and adults alike as a festive snack or party dessert.

Ingredients

  • 17.3 ounces puff pastry, defrosted
  • ¼ cup Nutella, more or less as needed
  • 12 pretzel sticks
  • 2 tablespoons milk for brushing
  • 2 tablespoons sugar in the raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold puff pastry and cut into 12 strips, about 1 inch wide.
  3. Spread Nutella along the length of each strip, then insert a pretzel stick at one end to act as the broom handle.
  4. Cut the opposite end of each strip into thin slits to resemble broom bristles.
  5. Twist the slitted ends slightly, brush with milk, and sprinkle with raw sugar.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden and crisp.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve your spooky Witches Brooms!
