Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Spread sliced bananas evenly at the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and dollop over bananas.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth batter forms.
- Pour batter evenly over bananas and cream cheese (do not stir).
- Bake for 40โ45 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
