Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ยฝ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread sliced bananas evenly at the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and dollop over bananas.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth batter forms.
  6. Pour batter evenly over bananas and cream cheese (do not stir).
  7. Bake for 40โ€“45 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
