Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a rich and creamy pasta dinner made with tender rotini, seasoned ground beef, fresh garlic, and a silky Parmesan cream sauce. It’s an easy family-friendly meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights and comes together in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss until every piece is coated in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Freshly grated Parmesan melts more smoothly than pre-shredded cheese.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently with a splash of cream or milk.
