Description

Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta combines all the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger with a rich, creamy Alfredo-style sauce. Ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and pasta come together in one irresistible comfort-food dinner, topped with crispy bacon, pickles, and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream and Dijon mustard.
  7. Cook for 3โ€“4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  9. Add the cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
  10. Simmer for 2โ€“3 minutes until heated through.
  11. Serve topped with chopped pickles, crispy bacon bits, and fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Use sharp cheddar cheese for a stronger cheeseburger flavor.
  • For extra richness, add a few slices of American cheese to the sauce.
  • Adjust the spice level with additional red pepper flakes.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated gently with a splash of milk.
