Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream and Dijon mustard.
- Cook for 3โ4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
- Simmer for 2โ3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve topped with chopped pickles, crispy bacon bits, and fresh parsley.
