Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • Optional: diced pickles, tomatoes, or extra cheese for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or oven-safe skillet.
